The Overbury Estate is situated at the edge of the Cotswolds on the southern slopes of Bredon Hill. The Estate has a wide variety of residential properties and offices and commercial buildings.
Overbury selected Hexagon's LandMark to integrate with their existing Sage accounts software package. They were also looking for a solution that is simple to use that could be up and running in a matter of days due to their end of year commitments.
Overbury were previously using a spreadsheet based solution to manage their property portfolio and manually creating invoices within Sage Line 50. The data needed to be imported into LandMark which then enabled them to automate the rental invoices, saving them hours of duplication every week.
