Our remote access service enables us to connect to individual user PCs to help diagnose and resolve problems.
Customers have direct access to our support system enabling them to log and track their own support issues, search previous call history and resolutions and view product release details.
Training

This can be via classroom-style training courses or tailored training programmes designed for individual client needs. Training courses can be held either on a customer's site or at Hexagon's offices in Gloucestershire.
